Our Leathers & Leather Care
Waxed Leather
This premium waxed Italian cowhide leather comes in a variety of semi gloss colours. We have produced this leather in our tannery specifically to avoid scratching, however please be careful not to rub this leather against rough surfaces to avoid unwanted marking.
Leather Care
We recommend using our Leather Protectant to prevent staining and to lengthen the life of your gear.
Wipe your leather with a damp cloth (warm soapy water) every couple of months to keep your leather looking its best (don't use baby wipes, vinegar, etc.)
Try to avoid greasy hands (or recently applied hand cream) coming into contact with your leather. Avoid excessive rubbing of light leather on dark clothing (jeans etc) to avoid colour transfer onto the leather.
It's also best to avoid leaving leather for long periods in direct sunlight as it can cause the colour to fade and the leather to dry out. When not in use, keep your bag stuffed in its dust bag or box.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED
Orders placed before 1:00pm AEST (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm AEST (Monday-Friday) will be dispatched the next business day (so Friday PM orders go Monday... unless it's a public holiday for us Sydney-siders in which case you'll find us at the beach - not packing your order).
DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES
The above timeframes are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Status Anxiety will do its utmost to meet the indicated delivery timeframes, but is not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange alternate delivery.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address. Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion.
CORRECT INFORMATION
Please check that you give us the correct delivery address at time of ordering as if it comes back to us we won't be happy chappies. We are however very nice people so we will resend your order again (after checking with you for the correct address of course).
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS - DUTIES & TAXES
Duties & taxes may be payable when your order arrives into your country, if your purchase is over the tax free threshold. In most cases our products will be under this threshold and so no charges will be payable. However if you want to be sure, you will be able to get this information from your local customs office (or look up the threshold online) to determine if your order will incur any additional charges on entry to your country.
