WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED
Orders placed before 13:00 AEST (Monday-Friday) will ship that same day.
Orders placed after 13:00 AEST (Monday-Friday) and on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
The above timeframes are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. Status Anxiety will do its utmost to meet the indicated delivery times but is not held responsible for any delay caused by the postal service or customs clearance. If delivery is attempted and nobody is available to accept the parcel, in most cases it should be held at your local postal facility for a period of time. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered, it will be returned to us and we’ll then contact you to arrange alternate delivery.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in perfect condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods to our postal address.
Please note that if an item has been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion.
Please check that you give us the correct delivery address at time of ordering as if it comes back to us we won't be happy chappies. We are however very nice people and we will resend your order to you (after checking with you for the correct address of course).
Status Anxiety gift cards purchased online can be redeemed only at www.statusanxiety.com.au. Any gift cards purchased in store are only redeemable in a physical Status Anxiety store and not online. Gift cards cannot be transferred, refunded, returned or exchanged for cash. This gift card will not be replaced if it is lost, stolen, damaged or used without your permission. Use of this gift card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
