Within Australia, we use Fastway Couriers or Auspost Eparcel and shipping is provided free of charge.
When you login to this wholesale portal, your specific trading terms are automatically loaded including trading currency. All prices are listed ex GST.
Outside of Australia, we use Express Courier International (ECI) or DHL. Please contact us (or your agent/distributor) regarding charges and timeframes.
Please note that orders placed on a week day, will be processed within 24-48 hours of the next business day and delivered to you within 2-5 business days. Payments within Australia can be made by bank transfer, PayPal or Credit Card on this website when ordering or later by calling us on +61 2 9525 3064. Credit card details will be stored in our SecurePay internet banking system so as to make future payments easier for both parties, please advise should you prefer us not to store your details.
Status Anxiety reserves the right upon assessment to repair, replace or credit. Please send a photo of the faulty item to firstname.lastname@example.org who will reply with confirmation of how to process it. Therefore, please do not refund the customer until a decision has been confirmed by Status Anxiety. If it is determined the faulty item needs to be returned for repair, we will issue you with an RA# to include on the below form with the product.
