Spot clean with a damp cloth.
Lightly brush with a lint roller or double-sided tape to remove any dirt or pet hair.
Please do not soak your hat or put it in the washing machine. If your hat gets wet, use a soft towel to dry it immediately and then leave it to dry out of direct sunlight.STORING YOUR HAT
Numero uno - Try not to rest your hat on its brim, particularly on uneven sufaces as this can cause your hat to lose its shape.
When popping your hat down for a rest, always turn it upside down on the crown to help maintain its original shape.
- Use a soft tape measure and place firmly aroudn your head.
- We suggest measuring the largest part of your head or where you would like the hat to sit.
- Another option is to use string and then measuring the string with a ruler.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED
There's no stuffing around over here... Orders placed before 1:00pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched same day. Orders placed after 1:00pm (Mon-Fri) will be dispatched the next business day (so Friday PM orders go Monday... unless it's a public holiday in which case you'll find us at the beach - not packing your order).
Delivery timeframes are a guide only and start from the date of dispatch. Rest assured we spend our days chasing carriers to meet the delivery timeframes but, hard to believe we agree, they don't always listen and delays caused by the postal service do happen from time to time. If delivery is attempted and nobody's available to accept the parcel, in most cases it'll be held at your local Post Office for a period of time. If you're not contactable and your parcel's unable to be delivered, it'll be returned to us and we’ll contact you and arrange alternate delivery.
DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS
We take great care to ensure that products are packed securely so they arrive at your door in tip top condition. As a result, any items damaged during delivery will be replaced upon receipt of the damaged goods back to us. Please note that if an item's been lost/stolen in transit, a replacement of the product will be organised at our discretion.

Please check that you gave us the correct delivery address at time of ordering (also on our order confirmation email) as if it comes back to us we won't be happy chappies. We are however very nice people so we will resend your order again (after checking with you for the correct address of course).
